Where We Ship

We currently ship within Finland only.

We’re working towards expanding our shipping options to other countries and will update this page when international delivery becomes available.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

During busy periods, holidays, or product launches, processing may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay, we’ll do our best to keep you informed.

Delivery

Orders are shipped with Posti.

At checkout, you’ll see the available delivery options and the applicable shipping cost for your order.

Delivery within Finland typically takes 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery method and destination.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Free Shipping

Enjoy free shipping on orders over €50 within Finland.

For orders below €50, the available shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active after your order has been shipped.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

If you notice an error, please contact us at support@eirahaul.fi as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at support@eirahaul.fi as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damage.

If your order appears to be lost or hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we’ll look into the matter with the delivery carrier.
